When you compress an image, convert a PDF, or format JSON, all computation happens locally. The only data that leaves your device is an anonymized page view count for basic analytics. No files, no content, no personal information ever leaves your browser. This architecture means we cannot access your data even if we wanted to — it simply never reaches our servers.

If you send us a message through the contact form at sorawi.com/contact, we receive your name, email address, and the contents of your message — solely to reply to you. We don't add you to any mailing list unless you explicitly ask. Your contact information is stored securely and only used for the purpose of responding to your inquiry. We retain contact form submissions for 12 months for quality assurance and support purposes, after which they are securely deleted. We never share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.
